evosoft GmbH has been awarded as one of the best employers for women in Germany by the BRIGITTE Academy and the personnel marketing agency TERRITORY EMBRACE. This shows that flexibility, the compatibility of family and career, individual opportunities for career advancement, and the importance of transparency and equality are particularly promoted at evosoft.

evosoft has long offered all employees numerous opportunities to organize their working day as flexibly as possible and to adapt it to their personal circumstances. These include, for example, individually selectable working time models or the option of mobile working and working temporarily from abroad.

But what makes companies particularly attractive as employers for women? To find out, the BRIGITTE Academy, together with the HR marketing experts from TERRITORY EMBRACE, surveyed the HR departments and management of companies throughout Germany and evaluated them in five different areas. We are very proud of the results: evosoft is one of only 19 out of 281 companies surveyed that were awarded 5 out of 5 possible stars.

In the areas of “Measures to reconcile work and family life”, “Importance of transparency and equality” and “Women’s power”, which refers to the proportion of women in management positions, evosoft scored excellent in each case. A very good rating was also achieved in the categories “flexibility of work” and “career advancement”.
